Extra info about school trip
Rules and other important info
We recommend that you use the school rules as a good starting point for setting up rules for the class trip. This helps to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Follow the instructions from the instructors: It’s important to follow the instructions of our experienced guides on the activities to ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience.
- Please be considerate of other guests: We ask that everyone respects the other guests on site and shows consideration.
- There is no lifeguard at the hotel. If you want a lifeguard during swimming, this must be organized by parents/teachers.
- When there are no organized activities, teachers/guardians are responsible for the students. We do not require teachers or guardians to organize or work during activities that have instructors or guides. Their role is to provide support and ensure that rules are followed and that all students have a good time.
- Allergies and special needs: Please let us know well in advance so we can accommodate everyone.
- We recommend that all participants have valid travel insurance before departure, as this also covers cancellation of the trip or activities.
- For some activities, such as rafting and paintball, parents must approve and sign a self-declaration form before arrival. We send out this form in advance
- Some activities, such as go-carting, cannot be carried out during rain. We do our best to offer alternative activities or adjust the order of the activities.
- It is not permitted to eat on the tour buses if you have booked transportation to and from your home town. If you want to stop along the way, this must be agreed in advance.

Number of adults on the trip
The number of adults who should be involved in the class trip varies depending on the size and needs of the class. In general, it is recommended that there are enough adults to ensure safety and good follow-up during the activities. If parents or guardians are organizing the trip, we always recommend talking to the teacher about this, as they know the class well and can assess how many adults are needed to look after all participants in the best possible way.
Self-declaration form
Parents must sign for students to participate in rafting, canyoning and paintball. These can be signed digitally.
Invoice
When it comes to invoicing, you will receive everything on one invoice. I will send this as soon as you are ready to pay, no later than 14 days before arrival. From experience, it sometimes happens that some students do not have the finances to participate in the trip. If this applies to one or two students in the class, please contact us and we can often find a reduced price for them.
