Viking rafting – level 3

Are you ready to challenge both yourself and the river? Vikingrafting with Serious Fun is an action-packed rafting experience that combines adrenaline-filled rapids with beautiful Norwegian nature. This trip includes the full Superrafting trip, plus 2-3 extra grade IV rapids for maximum excitement! Our base is located in Dagali, just 25 minutes from Geilo, giving you easy access to this spectacular experience.

What can you expect when you arrive?

When you arrive at our base in Dagali, you’ll be welcomed by our experienced and professional guides. They’ll make sure you feel safe and ready for the adventure ahead. We offer free parking, and all necessary equipment – including wetsuit, wet shoes, helmet and life jacket – is handed out on site. Before the trip, we provide a thorough safety briefing where you’ll learn how to handle both the raft and the rapids.

Transportation to the starting point:
After the safety briefing, we take a bus up to the river where the adventure begins. The bus follows the river throughout the tour, providing extra safety and the opportunity to get off if needed.

During the trip

Vikingrafting takes you through calm sections and the rapids in the super-rafting section. In addition, we will experience intense rapids up to grade IV.

There is always a guide in each boat, ensuring that the group navigates safely through the most extreme parts of the river. Our guides are experienced and professional, with a focus on safety.

After the trip

When you get back to the base in Dagali, you can view photos and videos from the trip. These are highlights that capture the excitement and best moments of the day. Our base is a wilderness camp with no running water, so there are no showers, but we have simple changing rooms where you can change.
